WHO WE ARE
Raised to Reach Back, Inc. (R2RB) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The organization was established as a direct response to a commitment to supporting, developing and improving the life chances of young people.

OUR 3-PILLAR APPROACH
Making A Difference
Raised to Reach Back, Incorporated is in the business of changing and shaping lives. We connect and create resources with the objective to improve opportunities and experiences of youth, using a comprehensive approach aimed at developing their capabilities through mentorship, partnerships with local schools, skills development, and social responsibility development. We will change the trajectory of the lives of youth through our 3-pillar approach: Service, Support, and Success.
SERVICE
We organize a variety of service initiatives that provide resources to address the needs of students. We also create opportunities for students to help others through community service projects.
SUPPORT
We promote the social emotional health of students by providing programs and opportunities to build and strengthen the character, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships of our youth. With access to the right resources, young people can become empowered and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
SUCCESS
We promote the academic and career success of students by providing financial literacy, leadership and skills development, and career coaching.
